Fresh or dried leaves add a pungent, savory flavor to meat, soup or stews. Even a small amount will add loads of flavor, making it perfect for flavoring oils and vinegars. Gorizia Rosemary thrives in the worst conditions, taking dry and infertile soils in stride. To harvest justs take tip cuttings and chop finely for herbal use or use your fingers and strip off the massive leaves off an entire branch by running pinched fingers from tip to base of the stem.
